Counterfeit $10 Bills Reported in Morris Area
The Secret Service in Chicago alerted Morris that four types of counterfeit $10 bills are circulating in the Chicago suburbs to Ottawa. Morris police report identical serial numbers on two bills and note a Bank of Cleveland note with serial D 70836313A. Two men were later held in Peru after a counterfeit bill was passed there.
