Burglary Crew Tied to Elmhurst Canon Warehouse Heist

Police recovered a 40-foot trailer suspected in the $3 million Canon USA Inc. warehouse burglary in Elmhurst. The trailer held invoices for top equipment stolen, was found in a South Side truck yard, and had a partial Maine VIN. Investigators linked the case to organized crime. two men were later charged with possession of stolen property after related arrests in Maywood.
