Moravia yearbook staff toured Center ville Blakesburg Albia Rathbun Moulton and Moravia on September 22 to sell ads for the 1977 yearbook. Proceeds will cover publishing fees. boosters for the Moravia Mohawks are invited to be listed.

Senior Jeff Walker anchors defense and guards on offense. The team beat Murray 36 8 but drew many penalties while Melcher also faced penalties. Alan Tisue had a strong first game vs Murray but struggled vs Melcher. Coach Laird and Steih push hard practice as defense shines, offense lags with penalties and fumbles. Cortesio predicts a 5 4 season or better with improved team depth and enthusiasm.
