The community learned Thursday afternoon of a car accident that claimed Joe Price’s life and seriously injured Mrs. Price. The Prices, longtime residents on the Unionville farm, left seven children: Harold of Sioux Falls Herbert of Rapid City Agnes Ford Virgene Johnson Annabel Cochran Vera Young and Harry. Hazel Powell survives as a sister. Funeral services were held at Fairview Church of the Brethren with burial beside an infant daughter. Attending were Dr. and Mrs. Joe Ingmand, Silas Summers, and J. R. Simons relatives visiting from nearby towns.
