Moravia Plans 1948 Fly Control Program
A Moravia meeting with Booster Club and Harold Holder outlined a 1948 fly control effort. Extension director described disease and nuisance reduction from flies and mosquitoes, noting no sewage disposal or town garbage pickup, livestock in the area, and plans for a spring clean up, funds, cleaned outside toilets, DDT spraying, and inexpensive sprayers to treat alleys and disposal points.
