Iconium and Salem Cemeteries Expanded and Maintained

The Iconium and Salem cemeteries expand with an added acre funded by two donors. A new mowing contract costs 100 dollars per complete pass. The Iconium-Salem Cemetery Association, formed about a year ago, runs a perpetual care fund now near 15 000 dollars with income used for care. The fund is administered by the County Auditor as sole trustee, with initial principal preserved. Trustees warn inflation may raise costs and income by about 300 dollars yearly. Inquiries are welcome from Russell Brown or Roy Rinehart.
