In regular meeting dated January 3 1955 Glen Johnson was named chairman of the Appanoose County Board of Supervisors for 1955 by motion of Earl Exline and second by Walter Harper. M G Luse appointed to the Soldier's Relief Commission to fill a vacancy from Dan Pence, appointment effective January 1 1955 and expiring May 30. The county meeting adjourned with attestations by Exline and Harper.
