Appanoose County Board Adopts Tax Correction Resolution
The November 22 1940 adjourned meeting transacted a correction of delinquent coal taxes on multiple parcels. Harry F Banks holds one sixth of the coal and seeks a quit claim after penalties and interest are remitted. The board approved remitting penalties and instructed auditors to adjust records. A transfer of 8000 dollars from Trunk Construction to Ross Maintenance was approved.
