Homemakers club met at Lewis Beaty home Sunday night. Several attended the Travelogue at Centerville Tuesday. Russell Shepard and family weekend at Tom Lindoff home in Burlington. Called on Fred Sperry at LaHarpe Saturday morning. Lynn Lemley visited Glen McNair Sunday morning. Glen brought home from Iowa City hospital. he is holding his own. Welcome home Glen.
Mr and Mrs Ora Powell spent the weekend in Lincoln Nebraska visiting Willard Cook and checking on Ida Miller a patient at Wahoo Nebraska hospital. Minnie Moffatt and Hazel Wolver visited Ruby Hedgecock after her fall. Bert Kirby Vickie and Sam joined Howard Burkland for Sunday supper. Betty Kathy Edward Moffatt and Gwelda Matthews visited Minnie Moffatt during the week. Harry Jennings Centerville ate with Mike Hedgecock at his home. Afternoon callers included Ted Hedgecock Challice Hedgecock Paul Hedgecock and others.
