The Jones county Retarded Children's Association launches its annual door to door fund drive across the county with Monticello BPW club handling residential areas on Monday Nov 20. Seventy percent of receipts stay locally with the rest split between state and national bodies. The group funds special education equipment, a county wide Christmas party, a preschool, a summer recreation program, parent counseling and public education programs.
