Giegerich to be Soloist With Dubuque Symphony
Stephen Giegerich of Monticello has been chosen as piano soloist for the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra ninth annual Young People concert on Sunday April 25. He won the University of Dubuque piano auditions and will perform Beethoven Concerto No 1 in C major with the ensemble. This is his second such honor following the 1969 seventh annual concert. He is a Monticello Community High School senior and studies with Helen Irelan of Dubuque.
