Scotch Grove Women Host Meeting and Community News

Scotch Grove The April meeting of the Scotch Grove Women's club was held at the home of Mrs. G J Hughes with assist ant hostesses. The group discussed a Farm Bureau scholarship and polio research funding. Guest Night plans were announced for May 6 in Anamosa with Mrs Thomas Crawford as speaker. The column notes birthdays baptisms hikes and local visits across families including Zirklebach Oltmanns and Husmanns, plus 4 H activities and a funeral.
