Baton Rouge, La May 18 A social message outlining a deficit of extraordinary size is anticipated in the state capital as the treasurer's records reportedly show more than half the current year's revenues dissipated leaving a near 404000 shortfall for 1915. Legislation discussed includes a wide slate of reform measures, with concurrent resolution to study tax and salary reforms and proposed racing and beer related bills shaping the session.
