Washington Defense Dept says about 31 000 delinquent civilian reservists will be called to active duty by November end in the first Vietnam era mobilization involving around 25 000 Army 4 000 Air Force 2 000 Marine and 100 Navy reservists.
State Rep. Taylor W. O Hearn said he hopes Oklahoma Gov. Dewey Bartlett will join Arkansas Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller and Gov. John McKeithen in a tri state superhighway link. Rockefeller and McKeithen will meet Tuesday in Baton Rouge to discuss toll roads in Louisiana and Arkansas.
