Anti futures trading act takes effect in Minnesota markets
The anti futures trading act to curb grain gambling on Minnesota exchanges begins operation. Cases from the Duluth Board of Trade and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce were dismissed, with the State Railroad and Warehouse Commission expecting no further opposition. A note mentions a separate fact about African ivory valued up to $350.
