Sears Plans Move to Expanded Monroe Location

Burlington Iowa native Sgt Jimmie Earl Howard the most decorated Marine in the Cheese Days parade, holder of the Medal of Honor for Vietnam heroism, plus the Silver Star Purple Heart and numerous other honors. He is 38, a father of six, born July 27 1929, joined the Marines in 1950 and later served in Korea earning multiple decorations.
