The daughter born Tuesday Aug 28 at St. Clare Hospital to Mr and Mrs Dennis Cleaveland 723 16th Ave has been named Angela Lee. She has a sister Brenda Jean age 1. Grandparents are Roy Hess Monticello and Charles Cleaveland Albany. Great grandparents are Clarence Holcomb Monticello and Lena Cleaveland Juda.
The Green County Adult Activity Center for adults with developmental handicaps will resume activities September 10 at 910 17th Ave rear location. The center will run Monday to Friday from 1 to 5 pm with transportation funded by a federal grant. Staff include Miss Donna Karlen as teacher-director and Mrs. James Freymiller as assistant. Donations of furnishings are requested.
Miss Sherry Carlson and Julie Gilbertson completed the nursing assistance course at Ingleside Nursing Home Mt. Horeb on August 23. The program is offered through Madison Vocational School. Both plan to work at Ingleside starting in October. They are Pecatonica Area Schools graduates.
Dannon zeoo of Ave is hospitalized at St Marys Hospital in Rochester Minnesota and will have heart surgery there on September 5 after tests pushed back a previously planned August 28 procedure. His wife resides at Lindberg Guest House in Rochester while Wolf of Burnett Bahe Agency is noted as his agent.
Miss Susan Cram daughter of Mrs Dora Cram of 911 21st Ave Monroe accepts a manager trainee position with the Standard Register Business Forms in Rockford. A December 1972 graduate of UW Platteville with a degree in business administration, she is a 1968 Monroe High School alum. Bienema's open Eve's 'till 9.
