Four Are Injured In Area Accidents
Four persons were hospitalized after two separate crashes in Green County. Three men from Monroe area were hurt in a two car collision on Highway 11 west of Monroe at 1:20 a.m. Ronald Gutzmer 17 suffered facial fractures. David Kubly 17 and Mrs Raymond Kubly Jr. 17 suffered a fractured knee and were listed in good condition. A second crash on Highway 69 near Monroe at 4 p.m. injured Goenfert 18 with a fractured leg. Ralph Kundert and Fred Goecks also treated for bumps and bruises. A third incident near Monroe involved Duane Switz 18 escaping injury after his car hit a guard post. A four car chain crash near the City Dump produced no injuries.

Two Chicago men Michael E. Cox and Rich ard O. Pietras were charged with bank robbery and interstate transportation of a stolen car after a $13,000 holdup at Marathon State Bank nine miles west of Wausau.
