The Monroe High School Concert and Symphonic Bands present a 2 p.m. Sunday concert in the senior high gym. Blind student teacher earns praise from fifth graders
Carla Franklin, a 22 year old blind woman, taught math music and language arts to 33 fifth graders in Louisville.
