Monroe Chamber of Commerce Industrial Relations committee reports 37 responses to a labor survey ad in The Evening Times. Alfred H. Henning and Carl M. Colby of the University of Wisconsin interviewed seven local industries besides cheese firms and began outreach for light industry recruitment.

Minneapolis report flags a balloon flight ending at Stratford Wisconsin involving Nick Green who declined to discuss the event. Survived by husband two sisters a brother two nieces and two nephews.
