Theodore Burke 66 Fatally Injured in Farm Blasting Near Evansville
Evansville special report Theodore Burke age 66 died while dynamiting rocks on his farm six miles east of Evansville in Rock County. After a misfire he returned to the blast area and the dynamite exploded as he neared. He was fatally injured.

Brothers Held For Grand Jury In Morals Case
Two brothers from Monroe were bound over to the Stephenson County grand jury at Freeport after waiving a preliminary hearing. David R. Aumock, 29, and William Aumock, 23, face crimes against nature involving an 11 year old Orangeville boy. Arrested Wednesday near a swimming area between Orangeville and Oneco, the incident drew 150 residents before the arrest. Bond set at $5,000. grand jury next likely in July.

Rewards totaling eleven thousand five hundred dollars were offered for the return of Circuit Judge C. E. Chillingworth and his wife Marjorie who disappeared Tuesday night in West Palm Beach. The Rev. Harry H. Waller was named intermediary by the family, who believe the couple may have been kidnapped after a bloodstain was found on a stairway leading from their house to the beach.
