The Christian church calls all visitors to worship in regular services with Bible School at 9 45 am and morning service at 11 o clock. Junior Builders meet at 2 30 pm, Christian Endeavor at 7 pm led by Miss Cleo Patton. evening service at 8 o'clock. Bible study Monday at 7 30 pm. A wedding in Monroe City highlights a union of Miss Eva Smith and W W Heubsch performed by Rev Fr Jo Cunningham at low mass with attendants Miss Margaret Heubsch and Charles Pierce. The ceremony ends with a wedding breakfast and wishes for a life full of May flowers.

Edith May Willis and Albert H Dougherty wed at the home of Mr and Mrs J H Willis with Dr E McNair performing the ceremony. Attendants were Miss Helen Southern and Master Travis Willis. The couple will reside in Kansas City after a visit to Warrenton. Witnesses included Eleanor Scott and a large gathering of relatives and friends. A S Curry visited Monroe friends on crutches after an accident in Brookfield yards six weeks ago. Orvil Brown and family spent the Sabbath with J J Brown and wife in Hannibal.
