West Texas QHA Futurity Draws Large Crowds and Prizes
The West Texas Quarter Horse Association annual Futurity drew large crowds over two days with about a million dollars in horse flesh exhibited. Judges awarded over 20 classes from 250 entries. two horses tied for grand champion in the Friday futurity. Magneto Bar won junior cutting with second to Honey K Bar. Poco Nado won first in senior cutting. Holly Miss claimed second and third in that division. Grand champion mare Honey K Bar with J K Fulton topped the mare class. Ima Puss and Bars Top Secret won other top honors.

Day Center Receives Donations for Children’s Care Center
