Ward Wells Show Big Production In Field During the Weekend
Daily initial oil production of 1,917 barrels was registered by three Ward County wells completed over the weekend. Humble No 6 F University in Hutchins area flowed 1,077 barrels in 24 hours after shooting with 560 quarts from 2,469 to 2,752 feet. Sinclair Prairie No 6 Hill produced 300 barrels in 24 hours on gas lift after being shot with 320 quarts from 2,360 to 2,490 feet. Empire No 19 McDonald topped pay at 2,230 feet for 540 barrels daily through 2 inch tubing, shot with 440 quarts. Finley Cherry and others No 1 Sealy, four miles west of the O'Brien pool, showed 200 feet of oil with no water after cleaning to 3,203 feet and prepared to run tubing and acidize.
