Hearse Fire Ends Hoboes Sleeping Refuge Tale

Two Ward County producers in the Hathaway northwest Grandfalls area completed late in the week. Merry Bros. & Perini No 1 Hathaway flowed 3374 barrels of oil in 24 hours through a half inch choke on 2 inch tubing, pay at 2510 feet. Gulf No 8 Estes flowed 33 barrels in three hours after being shot with 270 quarts, depth 2810 to 2942 feet, total depth. Preparations were under way to shoot the upper pay.
