The Tribune announces the contest closes next Saturday at 9 p m with five working days left to cast votes. Judges will open the sealed ballot box to count remaining ballots and award prizes, as prize decisions hinge on the few votes yet to be submitted.
Readers are urged to submit subscriptions to the Contest Department by sealing envelopes with subscriber names and dropping them into a ballot box. After the contest closes, envelopes are opened and votes counted to determine winners of a 1550 prize, an Overland Automobile, or 400 in Liberty Bonds.
