Revenue violator sent to Mitchell jail
Henry Schiesser appeared before Judge Carland and pleaded guilty to violating revenue laws. He was sentenced to six months in the county jail at Mitchell and will be confined there. Deputy Marshal Sommers arrested him in Mitchell. The case was reported in The Republican and Sioux Falls Press.
