Dan W Dickinson attacked Fulton Advocate editor Johnston Monday evening as removal of the Advocate plant was blocked. Johnston filed charges. Dickinson pleaded not guilty then guilty to assault and battery, receiving 80 days in jail and a $50 fine, with bond set at $800 and an appeal noted.
