The couple, after luncheon, planned a week in Omaha then a Mitchell South Dakota home. Barber is assistant postmaster at Mitchell.

Six prohibitionists met at the courthouse on Saturday to place in nomination a county ticket. J Sykes Wilson was chosen chairman and J E Wilson secretary. Nominations named J Sykes Wilson for senator C M Peck for representative C C Button for auditor Ed Hadley for register of deeds Murat Sayles for treasurer Fred Grevie for sheriff O E Harpel for superintendent of schools Miss Carlota Moyer. Provisions for probate judge states attorney justices of the peace and constables were not made.
