Second Homestead Privilege Expands Northwest Access
Foster and Receiver Burns report Congress has liberalized second homestead rights under a June 1900 act. Previously forfeited or relinquished entries may now qualify, requiring affidavits identifying prior entries for record identification. Mothers endorse it, children like it, old folks use it. We refer to One Minute Cough Cure.
