Muncie Indiana April 10 A young colored man known as Lige Weaver who blew Ka choo powder in an African M E church to disrupt services has been arrested and found guilty of a misdemeanor. Theater manager Ray Andrews offered a $50 reward for anyone distributing powder at the Star theater where disturbances have subsided since the reward. Moving picture shows occasionally suffer as darkness aids powder distribution.

Virginia Ends 60 Hour Storm Voyage From Kingston
The steamer Virginia arrived in New York after a sixty hour storm off Hatteras. Seven crew members were injured and the rest exhausted. Winds hit sixty miles per hour and heavy rain fell. six waterspouts were seen from the bridge as a colossal wave flooded galleys and cabins to four feet. Captain Gech stayed on the bridge throughout the ordeal.

Plans by the South Dakota Gas-Electric Railway company under Mayor J A Cleaver show street cars to begin operating in Huron by early September. W K Palmer of Kan 218 City is laying grades and tracks from the Chicago and Northwestern depot to the state fair routes, with service timed for the September event.
