Albert M O'Donnell died at home on College Addition after 67 years. Born July 16 1914 in Clarion County, he moved to Saline County in 1892, married Melissa Cox in 1872, survived by two sons and two sisters, laid to rest in Ridge Park cemetery amid family condolences. Rufus V Clark died at his parents home after a two year illness following a June 1926 runaway accident. Born near Wanamaker, aged 32, married to Bertha Claycombe with a child, funeral at Mr. Church, South, Ridge Park cemetery with Rev. A R Paris conducting.

Steve McGee of Slater aged about 33 died Wednesday. A popular young man with a wife and children surviving him. His funeral will be in charge of the Knights of Pythias, of which he was an active member.

CHAS Swan brother of Mrs J A Brown of Slater died in Cantralia TL this week. His remains were brought to her home and after funeral services there yesterday were laid to Releoth Slater cemetery. He was about 53 years old and well and favorably known in Slater.

Ruth Williams mother of Jam Davia died of cancer at her Ridge Prairie home on the night of March 15 1912. The burial was held at Old Lamine on Wednesday.

Sick Mrs Southworth at North Jefferson Home

Miss Sallie Southworth remains ill at her North Jefferson home, with nephew Jennet Lewis helping in care and visits. Terrible accident harms Gerhard Adams in Mall Bend

An accident during duck hunting last Thursday hurt Gerhard Adams of Mall Bend, son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo D Adams, tearing part of his hand and eye. He was with his brother George when a cocked automatic gun discharged, and he walked to his sister’s home as doctors treated him. initial reports warned of possible death but he later seemed to be recovering.
