Attorney Carl Otis transacted business in Emerson on Friday. Ernest Wasserman, Assessor Joe Deitchler of Mineola, Glen Wood visitors, and Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Vinton with Herbert Olson were guests Sunday at Herbert’s parents in Pacific Junction. Frank Delevan, the handsome bachelor of Rawles, visited Glenwood today. Mrs. Maggie Buckingham has reoccurred January 9. Mrs. Archibald of Council Bluffs, recently ill, came to Glenwood Saturday to stay with daughter Mrs. A. R. Brenton and show slight improvement. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Deupree were visitors Sunday at Mrs. K. L. Dodder’s home. Mrs. Laraway has been with her daughter since Azath of Nodder.

Illnesses and family care noted among Lincoln area residents
Claude and Mrs Deupree will stay with her sister for a few days. Mr Brown, once noted as seriously ill in Thursday’s Tribune, was taken Friday to the College View sanitarium in Lincoln for treatment. He was accompanied by his daughters Mrs Charles Cash and Miss Ida Brown, who had helped at the Cash home north of Glenwood.
