Moving Pictures Galore at Glenwood Opera House
The Glenwood opera house was leased yesterday to Orin Elkins for one year. His first show includes the Lyman Twins on Wednesday night next week. Elkins plans twice weekly moving picture exhibitions with weekly program changes. Admission is ten cents. The new manager, experienced in show business, is expected to bring high quality entertainment to Glenwood.

Divorce Petition Filed in Mills County Court
In Mills County Nebraska a divorce petition is filed against Edward Howard on grounds of drunkenness and cruel and inhuman treatment. Stella Howard seeks custody of the children and a default judgment may be entered if Edward fails to appear by noon on the second day of the February term starting in Glenwood. Partition suit asks for division of Clarkson estate in Mills County
In a Mills County petition filed in Glenwood on December 23 1907 the heirs of A B Clarkson are named with Barbara Clarkson G L Clarkson A F Clarkson J C Clarkson Eva Henderson Laura Brading Mary Sawyer Rose Roland and other heirs. The suit seeks partition of real estate including section 23 and 34 town 71 range 42 and Lot 8 in block 76 Glenwood plus a one third share to Barbara Clarkson and one eighth shares to listed heirs with further division among Sawyer and Roland heirs. A decree confirming shares and costs is sought with the next February term beginning February 4 1908. failure to appear will lead to default.
