Marshall Oil Company, sole refiners, warns that Roseine is a registered trademark and selling any other kerosene under the Roseine brand is criminally liable. Seller E. H. Bogart no longer ships Roseine after a year. Some dealers color cheaper oils red to mimic Roseine and inflate prices.
