The Mike Gaspers farm near Glenwood, a 360 acre tract in Oak township sections 12 and 13, sold yesterday to William Kahl for 35000 dollars, about 100 dollars per acre. Gaspers’ transfer follows his 15 years away from Miss County, with G. W. Rathke handling the deal. Nearby, Warrington’s A O traded restaurant stock and building at Tabor to Wilbur Gay, plus an 80 acre Lyons township farm offered at 55 an acre and the restaurant at 1750 dollars. Robert Hurbutt sold the Waubonsie farm south 80 to Joseph Shaw for 50 per acre, consolidating Jon to 120 acres and Ravert to 284 acres in the tract.
