A Goodwill tour by 17 highway enthusiasts from Milford, Ely, Lehman’s Cave, and Camp Cahill spurs plans to realign and upgrade Highway 21 to federal standards from Milford to the Nevada line. The group, led by Capt. Timothy Sapia Busch, met Ely civic leaders at a Nevada hotel gathering with Lions and Rotary members to push the project.
