Cats to be collected to fight rat population in Atascaderos

Chihuahua state officials plan an army of 700 cats to attack a rat population estimated at 500000 in Atascaderos, with cats gathered in Chihuahua City, vaccinated, and shipped 300 miles south. Officials say 50 cats have been donated so far and about 200 may travel this weekend to the farm village.

Dolly creator seeks human cloning license for motor neuron study
