Witnesses testify on Sept 20 Middletown shootings

In Middletown Municipal Court witnesses described the Sept. 20 shootings that injured three people as hearings sent three suspects to a Butler County grand jury. Teen witnesses recalled being shot at at the 16th Avenue and Minnesota Street intersection as four men fired nearly 20 rounds into a south end crowd. Victims Christina Foster, 17, Terry Smith, 22, Clyde Townsend, 45, are recovering. A 16th Avenue teenager testified in the Davis case, charged with felonious assault.
