Hamilton attorney Elmer N. Davidson 35 of 438 Marcia Ave died today in Fort Hamilton Hospital after a cancer battle. He practiced with Fiehrer Fiehrer and Davidson. funeral plans are pending. Survived by wife Suzanne and three children. Estate notices list case numbers E-5681 and E-5677 with executors and divorces. Public notices include county court actions and fines for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
