Malvo to accept life in prison in Virginia case
Lee Boyd Malvo plans to drop all appeals and plead guilty to the Oct 11 2002 capital murder of Kenneth Bridges in Spotsylvania County Circuit Court. The agreement would spare him the death penalty and include a life sentence for the FBI analyst Linda Franklin murder, with a plea hearing set for October 26.
