Social Security Office Relocation Set for Oct 4
The Middletown Social Security office will move to 3520 Roosevelt Pantel's Vineyard near Jackson Lane and Roosevelt Boulevard on Oct. 4. Branch manager Charles W. Fields urged using telephone for most business during the first week due to moving delays. The office, now at 1714 Tytus Ave, has grown from 10 to 20 employees with 16,000 beneficiaries then to 20,000 now in northern Butler and Warren counties and handles Social Security Medicare and SSI.
