Freedom Train visit leaves Archbold near debt payoff
Archbold Ohio the smallest bicentennial stop on the Freedom Train itinerary is within about $200 of paying off its debt from the visit. Committee chair Ron Short says they will raise the remaining funds. The three day stop drew Up With People performances and publicity brought hundreds of letters of support from across the county.

Cult member held in death of infant after truck crash
In Fayetteville Arkansas a 27 year old cult member faces manslaughter charges after allegedly taking an injured five month old girl Tabitha Blackmer from ambulance attendants. The baby died at the scene and at least 17 others were seriously injured in a crash involving a flatbed truck near Hindsville. The group, wearing long robes and claiming to be Christians, refused hospital care and provided little information to police.
