Redd Foxx Sued Over Hotel Busgirl Incident
In Las Vegas a lawsuit filed in Clark County District Court alleges comedian Redd Foxx whose real name is John Elroy Sanford propositioned a 15 year old hotel busgirl at the Silverbird Hotel and Casino on August 19 and called her obscene names after she rejected him. The suit seeks 20000 in damages claiming Foxx touched the girl and shouted obscenities.

Policeman's Son Slain In Mount Clemens Abduction
In Mount Clemens Michigan 7-year-old Brian Chisholm was abducted from near his home by James Lossing 23 and was found dead with Lossing in Clinton Township. Police said both died of gunshot wounds and the motive was described as obvious. The boy’s father Sergeant David Chisholm was among officers who entered the apartment. The case ends a tragic child abduction and murder in Macomb County.
