FDA supervised seizure of more than 3,000 cases of Fred Mushroom Co products from a Wichita warehouse cited swollen mislabeled and unlabeled cans. Corwin Fred claimed the cans were okay and noted prior recalls, with no product reaching the public. The FDA sought seizure in district court and reprocessing under FDA oversight.
