Ohio Secretary of State Ted W. Brown projects 3.65 million people will vote in the November general election, about 73 percent of eligible voters. He notes changes from 1970 include 18-year-olds voting and higher registration requirements, with 4.46 million registered and 515,000 in nonregistration areas eligible to vote.
A Senate committee, with no members, discussed Ohio needing 340000 more housing units and possible reconvening for a housing bill by Oct 30.
