Woman freed after near freezing abduction ransom paid

Judith Lowry famed as Mother Dexter on Phyllis died of a heart attack at 86 while walking in Greenwich Village with her son Semmes. She had worked on Phyllis and appeared in Valley of the Dolls Sweet Charity and The Anderson Tapes. She was born in Fort Sill Oklahoma and leaves nine children 27 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
