Warren County growth praised at Area Progress Council
Speaker Frank James of James Investment Research told Warren County leaders the economy will stay sluggish but per capita income remains well above the U.S. and Ohio averages. He cited 60 percent population growth since 1990, high home ownership, women-owned businesses, and warned about post election bear markets while favoring value stocks and steady sectors like utilities and energy.
