A Middletown couple seeks 12 596 40 in damages for injuries from an auto crash on Breiel Boulevard near Middletown High School on December 14 1970. Betty and Clifford McGuire claim severe and permanent injuries to Betty from the collision with driver James Rothwell and his father Thomas Rothwell.
