13 year old Tonia Robinson was abducted as she walked to buy drink mix. Milton Bryant 22 was charged with kidnapping and aggravated murder after the car chase across Summit County to Cleveland where the vehicle collided with seven cars and injured multiple people. Police found the victim’s body on an Akron median along the way.
